Kaydian Smoot LMSW
Kaydian Smoot joined Capstone Health in August 2024. As a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Ms. Smoot serves patients at Capstone's Hilltop Health School-Based Health Center.
Prior to joining Capstone Health, Ms. Smoot served as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist for Walker County Schools and as a Mental Health Therapist at Quality Correctional Health Care. Ms. Smoot has several years of experience in individual counseling, family counseling, and group therapy specializing in prevention, intervention, and postvention for crisis situations.
Ms. Smooth obtained a Bachelor of Social Worker degree and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Ms. Smoot serves as a Counselor at Gaining Perspective & Solutions, LLC and volunteers with Habitat House, Walker County Humane Society, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
