Capstone Health seeks Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is service orientated, and patient driven, enjoys working with underserved patients and is culturally sensitive. Bilingual preferred. Job Duties

• Performs various clerical duties in department as well as all intake/patient information.
• Coordinates provider charge voucher processing and works with staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of charge vouchers inputting data accordingly.
• Answers patient inquiries about their account information, insurance filing, co-pays, etc. or directs callers to appropriate department. Takes patient co-pays.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Ensure all data required for the registration process is prepared accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate, thorough filing of all paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
