Funding secured for new Capstone facility in Nauvoo
Capstone Health secured Congress appropriated funds totaling $725,000 in Community Project Funding for this critical facility upgrade at the request of Congressman Robert Aderholt. The new facility in Nauvoo will be located at 532 Fourth Street, Nauvoo, AL 35578.
Capstone Nauvoo is staffed by providers Maddie Noe, CRNP and Abigail Chambers, PharmD. The new Capstone Nauvoo facility will increase access to affordable, quality, and cost-effective primary care, pediatric, women’s health, men’s health, behavioral health, pharmacy, and optometry services. More importantly, Capstone Health will have the infrastructure to continue serving Walker County residents for years to come.
