Capstone moves to a new location in Double Springs
Capstone Rural Health is moving its Double Springs location to 25734 Hwy.195, Double Springs, AL 35553. Capstone Rural Health is recognizing the move with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 12:30 PM.
Tuesday, February 1 is the first day patients are to be seen at the new location. Providers Angela McNutt, CRNP and Rachel W. Ramirez, ALC will continue to provide care at the new location.
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Angela McNutt brings to Capstone Rural Health over 20-years of experience in Family Practice, Intermediate Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, and Emergency Room Care. Associate Licensed Counselor Rachel W. Ramirez holds a Master’s and an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
