Job Description
Capstone Health seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate in a tier-agnostic capacity, engaging at every level of the support process. Responsibilities include first level analysis and triaging – phone, e-mail, ticketing, walk-ups – leveraging remote desktop technologies when appropriate, and using sound troubleshooting methodologies to provide first-call resolutions. Issues that can’t be resolved will be retained for further research and/or forwarded to the IT Manager, in tier 2/3 capacities.

Job Duties
- Provide personal direction, leadership and coaching to the staff with regard to technology usage.
- Understanding of VoIP technology required. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory preferred
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Window 8 and 10 operating systems.
- Working knowledge of WiFi technologies.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology.
- Must be familiar with installing and cleaning computers with anti-virus and malware applications.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of software including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing PC hardware
- Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills and ability to make critical data-based decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
